Products and pricing All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate where chargeable. We try to ensure all product information and prices are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before processing the order.

Orders When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. This confirms our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there has been a pricing error; in such cases any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Payment Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers.
